Huge thanks to everyone involved in the project or who has commented or downloaded or just generally been around. I can't remember what is and isn't in there, but there are a few blender files and textures and stuff like that, so feel free to download them and do what you want with them (so long as you give credit). If anyone would like to continue the development of the mod from what files I do have, there is a google drive repository which had several things put up on it every now and then. In addition to this, I no longer have many of the files I used when creating the mod due to them being scattered on several computers which I no longer have access to. mods which can pretty much only be used to build one specific spacecraft) as I feel it limits the broad scope of creativity which KSP is all about. I'm also increasingly becoming against 'kit' part mods (i.e. I'm currently under a fairly large amount of pressure due to university work and it probably won't abate much any time soon, so for the foreseeable future I'll be stepping back from this mod. I'm also somewhat losing interest because, by its very nature, Endurance was a kind of 'cheat-mod,' in that once you got the ship into orbit, there was almost no challenge in getting anywhere, and I feel this somewhat goes against the spirit of the game. I will not be reposting the mod as it currently stands since it is, in effect, defunct very few of the parts work as intended in the newest version of KSP and I see little reason to continue distributing a broken product. Having pretty much just found out about the closure of KerbalStuff (where the download of this mod was previously hosted), I feel I should let you guys know what I intend to do & the future of the mod etc.

The greater versatility and security of remote access over VPNs is a discussion for another time. With no tunneling required, what do VPNs do that TeamViewer's remote access tools can't achieve at a faster and more secure rate? However, putting TeamViewer between your devices as confidential information streams between them has been subject to debate as TeamViewer hacking allegations once called the company's reputability into question. TeamViewer insists that the main benefit of VPNs-securely transmitting data-is easily achieved by simply remote accessing a client's device or server and transferring the necessary data. While this isn't exclusive to TeamViewer, it is one of many remote access platforms to argue that the benefits of remote tools outweigh those of VPNs. We've also discussed installing TeamViewer on Linux, as the different distributions make installation slightly different. If you require the ability to remotely access a device without that device having to approve your request, we've already detailed setting up unattended access in TeamViewer, along with an in-depth installation guide for Windows. Following the 7 or 8 requests, the set-up will finish installing the app-and you're ready to go!.As the TeamViewer app installs, you'll encounter several permission requests to click through. You'll be presented with an option to run the default installation, install with unattended access, or run a one-time-use (this does not fully install the application).Click the Download 64-bit Version button (or choose the 32-bit version, depending on your system), and run the set-up package. To ensure connections to the device are constantly available when you are using standalone TeamViewer with N-sight RMM, TeamViewer must be running continuously. We'll be going through set-up on Windows 10, but your experience shouldn't vary much on other platforms. For your desktop computer, taking advantage of the Remote Control and QuickSupport features is as simple as downloading the TeamViewer desktop app. It’s time for an unholy alliance to return to the blood-splattered streets of Glasgow. Violent crime and mass disorder events spiral into anarchy, the papers start screaming for answers, yet the police have no leads. But when fans of bitter rivals, Celtic and Rangers, suffer a similar gruesome fate, the city finally wakes up to the fact there is a maniac on the loose. Glasgow had more important things to think about, it was the start of the football season. There was only mild interest from the media. When an asylum-seeker was next, followed by a promising young para-athlete, it became obvious they’d been thrown to their deaths. Callous indifference was the reaction from a city struggling to make sense of the global pandemic. First, it was the desperate homeless and pitiful junkies, who had seemingly jumped from drab Glasgow sky-scrapers. ’ A decade after the events on Gruinard Island, Lachlan Maclean thought he’d succeeded in making a better life for himself and his young family. ‘ There’s bodies raining from the sky and the city is tearing itself in two. Why are the two correlated? Turns out, fatty foods can overwhelm the digestive system if eaten too close to bedtime.Īs with spicy food, as the digestive tract attempts to slow, discomfort and acid reflux caused by fatty dishes may follow. Trans fats are also known to cause issues with falling and staying asleep, according to a 2016 study of over 15,000 men. When researchers studied a group of 211 men in 2015, they discovered that men who suffered from insomnia had a higher saturated fat intake than those who had no sleep challenges. Science shows that a diet higher in saturated fat is associated with less restorative, light sleep as opposed to more balanced nutrition.Ī separate study found that a diet high in fats lowered the overall sleep time of over 450 women. Trans fats are also found in red meat and dairy but can be created by adding hydrogen to vegetable oil as well. Saturated fats occur naturally in red meat and dairy. While there are several different types of fats, the two with the most research in connection with sleep disturbances are saturated fats and trans fats. If you tend to eat foods high in fat like avocados, nuts, cheese, or fatty fish, poor sleep may follow. Healthy fats are an important part of balanced nutrition, but your positive dietary choices may literally keep you up at night if you overdo it! The same can be said for foods with high-fat content. If you have a zest for the spicier things in life, avoid eating spicy foods in the hours before you plan to turn into bed. Some of us have a higher tolerance for spicy foods, but that doesn’t mean eating them in excess or close to bedtime is a good idea. A 2019 study of 440 medical students found that eating spicy foods before bed made it uncomfortable to lie down.Įlevated acid reflux caused by eating spicy foods was also shown to worsen sleep apnea. An elevated core temperature is known to disrupt sleep by preventing you from cooling off and drifting off to bed. Spicy foods like chili peppers are also known to raise your core body temperature. These symptoms worsen when you lie down, as the acid from spicy foods may travel into the esophagus, leading to irritation that disturbs your sleep. Spicy foods are known to cause heartburn, acid reflux, and indigestion. If you like to live life with a little spice, your favorite foods may be to blame for your inability to fall asleep with ease. If you want to fall asleep with ease, avoid the following seven foods that keep you awake before bed. If you eat too close to bedtime or you’re eating too many stimulating foods, your digestive system isn’t prepared to break all of it down.Īs a result, you may experience acid reflux, bloating, or insomnia, meaning that your choice of bedtime snack can make or break your sleep! The same is true for your digestive system. Your body and brain need to rest, relax, and restore while you sleep. If you’re having trouble falling asleep, the foods you’re eating may actually be to blame. Insomnia is also known to increase your risk of heart disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and even cancer! In fact, a chronic lack of sleep impairs your ability to focus and concentrate just as much as alcohol.īut that’s not all. Insomnia isn’t just annoying – it’s dangerous. |
